First and foremost, you need to identify the exact model of the various hardware accessories fitted to your laptop: audio codec, LAN card, SD card reader, etc. Best way to do this is to grab the vendor id and device id (aka ven/dev ids) from the hardware driver details within Windows Device Manager.

For instance, you have a Realtek GigEthernet LAN card so vendor will be 10ec but your need the device id to identify the exact model and therefore assess compatibility. The same applies to all other hardware elements.

Your Qualcomm wireless card is totally unsupported and will need to be replaced by a supported/compatible M.2 Broadcom card or a USB dongle. There's no other alternative, no workaround, no driver.

You can consult Dortania's OpenCore guide to start the process for your Coffee Lake platform. There are also a few threads relating to Mojave and Catalina for this Vostro model at OSXLatitude if you care to search there.
