Brave__Starr Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 Hi, Info: 1. Laptop model/Motherboard model Dell XPS 13 (9365) 2. Codec name ALC299 (Dell lists it as 3xxx) 3. Layout used with the info what works for you (ideally if you try them all) Layout 21 and 22 register I/O but only the Mic works. Have created Layout 23 4. OS X versions you tried 10.15 So I have created a new layoutID23 under ALC299. I seem to be making progress and have got both the mic and internal speakers to work. I am just a little stuck on the headphones, I can see the device but no sound or connection trigger. I'm not looking for a solution but some advice on where to look?
