I've tried to update Catalina to Big Sur 11.0.1 , but after restart hackintosh bring me on loading screen, after that only black screen ( Mouse/Keyboard ON).
Now i can't see on Clover the Big Sur installation part, only recovery and system boot ( same problem with these two too )
Now i can't have any access on Mac, so i can only repair this problem with Windows 10, if i can, i can read EFI partition but i can't edit any file, not even copy-paste files on desktop, Explorer++ say me: I don't have permissions to access the folder.
Someone can help me?
(sorry for my bad english)

Edit: I found the EFI folder

Are you have saved in pendrive another macOS installer with EFI boot loader?

Try use MiniTool Partition Wizard.

Your EFI Folder seems to need OpenRuntime.efi driver in UEFI.

And your Quirks table was empty, need configure too.
