cyclonefr Posted December 1, 2006 Share Posted December 1, 2006 I finally was curious to try it, and I have to say the game is quite fast, even with poor AGP support. The only thing I had to low down were the shadows (I think my AGP recognized as a PCI bandwitch doesn't hold the datas), everything else is maxed. This one must be so fast with PCI-E cards then ! That's great since Civ4 is damn slow, and with AGP it's like 10fps... Can't be that fast with a PCI-e card either... Finally, a well programmed game then... and it has speech recognization support (MacOS exclusive !) curlyboy Posted December 1, 2006 Author Share Posted December 1, 2006 Well im still in process of getting aoe iii and as you see from sig im on x1600xt pcie so i would imagine itll be every bit as good as the pc version and civ4 runs perfect here too in as do most mac games ive tried lately .
