Asrock H81 BRC Pro only boots UEFI from SSD when connected per USB

Really weird, I can start from my SSD with UEFI, but only if I connect the disk per USB. When I use it as an internal SATA SSD, the motherboard does not give me the option to start from UEFI, so I have to leave in a USB dongle with Clover on it, just to then boot from the SSD. 

 

I really can't find a solution anywhere. Searched for hours. 

 

Any ideas anyone?
