KrustyKrab
Hi guys, My current setup is with Mac OS Big Sur installed on a 1TB NVME drive. All my demanding files like Logic Pro X files and video editing files are also stored here. I've got a separate internal 1TB HDD where I store the rest of my bulkier stuff like photos, movies, documents etc. I've also got a spare internal 2TB HDD that I'm thinking of using as a backup drive via Time Machine. Is it possible to have this drive run as a Time Machine backup for both the NVME (Mac OS installed) and the other HDD (files storage)? Alternatively, if it only backs up one drive, do I have to manually backup the other files from the other HDD? Hope that makes sense. noah977
Sure - I have it on 2 drives. Just configure in preferences.
jmcm
yes, no problem with that. I also have an NVME drive, an Sata SSD drive and an old 2TB HDD for time machine.
