kess
Hello, I can't seem to get Automatic Login to work: everytime I boot, OS X always goes to the login screen and I have to press enter (I didn't set a password) to log on. I'm running 10.4.6. I only have 1 account. I have it set to automatically login in System Preferences -> Accounts and have also left the "Disable automatic login" checkbox unchecked in System Preferences -> Security. It's strange because it works fine on my laptop with the same settings and I installed OS X on both computers from the same DVD so I can't imagine it's 10.4.6. I have run out of ideas. Does anyone have any? Thanks. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/34595-automatic-login-not-working/ Share on other sites
