OC 0.6.3 + Ryzen 1600 + 32GB + B350 + RX580 + Big Sur (final release)

I've noticed a lot of choppy full screen video performance/window animation poor performance since the upgrade from Catalina.

If I hover my mouse cursor over hyper-link or the macos dock the videos playing start to get very choppy.

CPU/Memory looks fine, doesn't top 25% CPU usage.

 

Just curious if anyone else is having the same issue?
