hello123456789 Posted November 30, 2006 Share Posted November 30, 2006 I tried to install jas 10.4.8 combo update and it got to 99% then said "update failed" or something like that then it shut down, and when i tried to go in to os x it freezes on the gray apple splash screen. i am using the deadmoo image. I am using the AMD SSE3 version. Deadmoo (10.4.1) is old and busted and not worth anything. Apple changed OSX starting with 10.4.3. The Combo updaters can only update starting with 10.4.4 and newer.
