Super Easy way of going back to previous Mac OS

1. What it does:
2. Uses Munki script to download the OS of you choice.
3. Modify 1 File: for Catalina I renamed  the file that tells what
4. models are capable of running that Os, I put a 1 on the end of it.  
5.  
6. Run CreateMediaInstall on selected OS to Selected HDD Or run app as usual.
7.  
8. I'm running Catalina at the moment and successfully installed Mojave.
9. Have since  changed the script to cater for the 2 ways to install.
10. Will post script as soon as soon as its done.
