sebadier
Hello everybody, I finally managed to get most of my T540p Hackintosh working. My main problem is though: When the display get to sleep, it won't turn back on. I would only get a black screen with random white flashes. Any experience or solution for that? Also I had to choose platform-id 0x0D220003 which is an iMac firmware to get my system to boot with graphics at all. When I chose a Mac Book Pro firmware (0x0D260007), my system turns off the screen at the end of booting process. Everything else is working though. Hope some of you can give me a hint. You correctly fake desktop HD4600 0x0412 but ig-layout-id 0x0d220003 is for desktops, not for laptops. You should be using ig-layout-id 0x0a260006 and SMBIOS MacBookPro11,1. I tried that as well, but I get a kernel panic from that: panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff8007a469aa): Kernel trap at 0xffffff7f8c9cd9b9, type 14=page fault, registers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/345214-dark-flashing-screen-after-displaysleep-or-sleep-catalina-opencore/#findComment-2738170 Share on other sites
