Salient 0 Posted September 12, 2020 Posted September 12, 2020 Booted Catalina with opencore USB, worked OK, some kext missing. Shut down, tried to reboot with Clover, no go... AMI BIOS was no longer functional. Pulled CMOS battery to reset. Why does opencore overwrite / disable CMOS / BIOS? Thanks for an explanation.
