adamantinum Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Hi, since latest Catalina versions, and now with Big Sur, ELAN satellite seems no longer working, so I'm using HID with which gestures don't works and touchpad is pinned but not showed in System Preferences. Enabling ELAN touchpad doesn't work at all and searching in kernel log (log show --predicate 'process == "kernel"' --last boot) I read a series of Default 0x0 0 0 kernel: (VoodooI2CELAN) <compose failure [UUID]> I don't know what they means. DSDT is correctly patched (device is ETPD, you can see I pinned it and removed the interrupt and in Device (GPI0) make Method _STA return 0x0f), but on Big Sur I notices AppleIntelLpssI2C is still loaded (on Catalina is regularly blocked, but I have the same issue with ELAN, so I think it doesn't depend on it).
