This is my first Hackintosh so apologies if this is a simple solution that I am missing but:
I have been using OpenCore v0.5.9 and have been able to get my NUC 10 to get to the "Recovery" bit where it provides the option to install MacOS (Catalina, latest version). Originally, I was able to click Install MacOS and as soon as the loading bar appeared, the system crashed/froze. Now I can't even get there, the system crashes/freezes during the initial loading circle that is just before the options to Install MacOS, Disk Utility, etc, (but of course after the actual lines of text boot). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I followed the following guide:

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/config.plist/comet-lake.html

It was the simplest solution that was sitting right in front of me. Was redoing all my BIOS settings and realized I couldn't find a config lock setting and there is a specific Quirk under Kernel for this...

Set the following (Kernel ->Quirks)

AppleCpuPmCfgLock: YES

AppleXcpmCfgLock: YES
