Mojave - first boot Stop Sign

I've got Mojave installed without problems,

but as I try to boot I get the stop sign .

Verbose boot shows "end random seed" and then my PC reboots. 

Specs :

emachines ET1870  Desktop PC

8 GBs RAM

2 x 160 GB SATA Drives

nVidia Geforce 8400GS Graphics Card

Is Mojave possible at all on this PC,

High Sierra worked well enough,

but I'd like to go for an upgrade.
