awediohead
Been building hackintoshes for a few years with Clover and loving OpenCore - I currently have very stable OpenCore - Mojave based builds on Ryzen and Haswell Intel CPU's. But I have an old audio interface that does some fancy onboard DSP that MacOS post Yosemite breaks because they changed the way Core Audio handles audio kexts, so I'm thinking about a build that is audio specific with OpenCore and Yosemite, again using one of my old Haswell based boards and CPU's Is this inherently problematic given that pretty much all the OpenCore development has targeted much newer OS's ? Or will all the same basic principles apply? Thought it best to ask here before possibly wasting hours trying to do something you guys may already know just isn't doable - well at least with my very modest skills.
