jtbennett
Hi - I saw a video on youtube of some guy using one of these Lenovo Tiny M92p desktop computers to turn into a hackintosh, so I bought one and spent all day trying to do it. He skipped over a big part of the Clover install so I had some failures there, and then I read about OpenCore and decided to go that route. I got all the way through and booted up, selected '2' for Install Catalina, and then I got this readout: --------------------------------------------------------------- [EB|`LD:LF] F10: 0, DIR: 1, P: <null string>, DP: 1 [EB|`B:SBS] SZ: 617016 [EB|#B:SHA] fe9e48a334db5bca8b8d8f3d0aa3f18b7dc5ad24 [EB|`WL:PWLFBV] Err(0xE) @ GV wake-failure [EB|`WL:DT] Err(0xE) @ WL:PWLFNV [EB|`WL:PWLFRIC] ! @ RTC:R [EB|`WL:DT] Err(0xE) @ WL:PWLFRIC [EB|`LD:LKC] BPDK -> (System\Library\PreLinkedKernels\prelinkedkernel.development) [EB|`LD:OFS] Err(0xE) @ OPEN (System\Library\PreLinkedKernels\prelinkedkernel.development) [EB|`LD:LKC] BPDK, !R -> (System\Library\PreLinkedKernels\prelinkedkernel) [EB|`LD:LKFS] } Ok(0) [EB|`LD:LKC] } Ok(0) [EB|#FWFM] 0xFF1FFF3F [EB|#FWFM] 0XE00DE137 [EB|#CSR:OUT] 0X00000040 [EB|`BST:FBS] { [EB|`BST:FBS] BA.ADSZ: 0 [EB|`BST:FBS] BA.KSDSZ: 0 [EB|`B:WFDW] ERR(0XE), 0 @ LocHB 71B4903C-14EC-42 1-BDC6-CE1449930E49 [EB|#LOG:DT] 2020-05-20T16:36:09 [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] 2020-05-20T16:36:09 --------------------------------------------------------------- I have no idea what any of that is, I'm really just getting into this for the first time today. I don't wanna keep going back and forth, so maybe there's someone here who can help me troubleshoot this thing. I'll post the specs too: This is the amazon listing I purchased from This is the Lenovo data page for the computer Processor: 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i5-3470T processor (2.90GHz, 3MB Cache) Chipset: Intel® Q77 Express Chipset Memory: 16GB DDR3 SoDIMM 1600MHz Integrated Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 2500 Harddrive: 240gb SSD --------------------------------------------------------------- I'd be very grateful for some help here, I really want to get this thing setup so I can get back to work. I would pay someone to just remote in and do it but...that is not an option here is it.
jtbennett
I am told that the integrated HD 2500 graphics just won't work (I saw someone get it working but it was super choppy and there was now workaround for that). I am not looking at eGPU options...someone mentioned an RX580 - will this work with a single PCIe?
eye2eyespy
If anyone else has the same issue: Hello I have both a Tiny M92 and M73. Both systems are running flawless with no problem, using and wifi adapter in Big Sur, opencore 064. Let me know if you want me to attach my EFI files. The set up was extremely straightforward and I just started with OpenCore in October. I have some programming experience but I am mostly a design and marketing guy (USC MBA). RNDThoughts
Hi there @eye2eyespy. I have an M92p Tiny which i've upgraded the CPU in to get supported Intel Graphics. Is this what you did and if so, do you still have those EFI files and/or OpenCore config?
