Narpstar
Hello, beautiful community! Wondering if I could get some help ensuring that all components for my new mini ITX hackintosh build are going fit, and give me a fully working system! My case is the Nouvolo Steck (base unit only). I already have the following components which are hackintosh friendly: CPU: 9700KF CPU cooler: Noctua NH-L9i Case fan: Noctua NF-F12 GFX: Asus Radeon RX 580 8 GB DUAL Video Card RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory SSDs: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive, 1TB WD Blue, 500gb WD Blue Questions: - Are the above components all going to fit in my Steck? - Which motherboard should I get? I've heard the Asus Z390i Mini-ITX is a good option, and you can swap out the wifi/bluetooth module for a Dell DW1560, which apparently works OOB with Catalina. - The Nouvolo website has a chart for custom cables for the Steck here. Can anyone confirm if these lengths will reach everything on the above mobo? - Recommendations for PSU? I'm thinking Corsair SF 750 (600 would be enough power, but I heard the 750 is quieter) - Any other thoughts / recommendations? - The only guide I could find with relevant parts is on a website which shall not be mentioned. Any recommendations for a guide to follow? Thanks very much in advance. Let me know if I need to provide any more info.
