Hi ,

 

I have working Hackintosh with Clover but I have always wanted to OpenCore. I have followed whole guide to build to from Scratch. and I only have the required drivers, kexts for now. As soon as I select Catalina from Bootpicker to boot, it stops at this message. 

 

OCB: Matching <> args on type 2 0. 

 

And , this is the last message I see in log files.

I have at the boot log and also OC Config I used that I used, please help.

 

My Config - 

 

Dell Inspiron 15 7559 

Processor - Intel Core i5 - 6300HQ

Graphics adapter - Intel HD Graphics 530

Memory - 16384 MB  DDR3L 1600, Dual-Channel, both slots occupied

Mainboard -Intel HM170 (Skylake PCH-H)

I also have Dell Inspiron 7559 BIOS v1.3.1

Just enable "Load Legacy Option Rom" in bios and you be able to continue from there.

I haven't figured out yet how to move past this without enabling Legacy Option Rom.

 

Edit:

Ok, I found a solution... downgrade bios to 1.2.4

I have tried all bioses from 1.3.1 down to 1.2.4

I guess in 1.2.5 something breaks OC and Clover and will not load properly

    i alse have dell I also have Dell Inspiron 7559.

    i met a weird problem about "32:902 00:004 AAPL: [EB|`BST:IDT] {" .  i alse downgrade bios to 1.2.4 , and i finally intalled hackintosh, but i sometimes can't access hackinito system. Logs stuck on "32:902 00:004 AAPL: [EB|`BST:IDT] {". Sometimes i can access hackinto system too. this is a weird.  i guess my bios  set wrong. So I wanna know your bois setting.   And bios 1.2.3 work too.
