Mac os catalina installation in dell inspiron 14 3000

i am planning to install catalina on my new dell inspiron 14 3000. i was little doubting if my new laptop was compatible for installing catalina. so please ........can anyone help me figure out if my new laptop is capable of running catalina or not.......i have provided the product specifications below........please do help....i would really appreciate if anyone can help...............please do reply
