Hi friends there! Hope you all are fine and healthy!

Is anyone of you tried to install old MacOS like Sierra, ElCapitan or Yosemite with OpenCore?

The reason I started this topic is because I have a lot of projects in Final Cut Pro 7 that I would like to open it.

At the moment I have my Hack running Catalina fine and stable with OpenCore 0.5.8.

Thanks in advance!

It can be done. I managed it with 0.5.7. I have an old system - P8P67 and 2500k - for which I already have OpenCore working. With a spare SSD and some spare time due to lockdown, I booted Mavericks (10.9) and updated it one release at a time all the way to 10.13.

You might have problems running older versions on newer hardware - I have no idea if 10.9 would run on a Z390/i9 9900k for example.

Also drivers/kexts tend to built for newer versions - I think my network driver wouldn't work on some versions of MacOS.
