Oliver94 Posted May 3, 2020 Share Posted May 3, 2020 (edited) CLOVER.zipHi there, well, in short resume I'm looking forward on how to activate backlight control on this damn laptop (HP Omen 15 DC0006LA) which has a NVIDIA GTX1060 3gb and has no iGPU. I was able to make it work with full acceleration after all, HDMI ports works tho. But I really have no idea on how to make backlight work... Haven't done much patching yet, this is from an ALMOST a clean setup. Any ideas on how to start? SMBIOS is currently MBPro 13,2. Brightness slider isn't showing under Display settings, also not sure if I'm wrong but seems that display is showing like external... Any ideas on how to start? There's a topic from onejay09's on this forum that seems to have a solution but i'm lost in the patch part.
