Lenovo X220 - DW1510 prevents shutdown and sleep

My Lenovo X220 with Catalina 10.15.4 works pretty well but shutdown results in a reboot and instantly wake up from sleep.
If I disable Wireless card on bios (DW1510) the problem disappear.
If I enable "Wake for network access" in Energy Saver and AC power is plugged in, the sleep works.
I think the problem is something about power management but I didn't find a solution :/
