Bad performance guest macOS Ryzen 3900x (VMware and VB)

Hello,

 

macOS guests are performing very badly maybe others here have good performance?

 

System:

Ryzen 3900x 64Gb RAM (AMD-V enabled)

 

Host:

Windows 7

 

Guests1: macOS 10.12 VirtualBox tested in 6.1.6 and 5.2.4

Guest2: macOS 10.15 VMware 15.5

 

I tried many things nothing helped, everything is slow (booting, logging-in, copying files etc.

My old 4790k is a lot faster.

 

If you need more info tell me what i need to provide.
