Installing High Sierra on Dell PowerEdge R710

My system:

Dell PowerEdge R710

Intel Xeon 2x Six Core 2.66GHZ/12MB X5650

NVIDIA GT 710 1GB

24GB RAM

When I start it up, it loads clover. When I select Install High Sierra, the apple logo shows up, but then it freezes. I attached my current EFI folder.

Can someone who knows what they are doing please create the correct EFI folder for me?

Thanks, Seth

The circle with a line through it is called a no-entry sign, like the road sign... Did the system boot in verbose mode? Because I had added that flag to the config so I'm surprised you got the No Entry sign instead.

Note that OS X/macOS has always had poor/limited support of RAID controllers in Hackintoshes. Try and setup your BIOS for AHCI disk mode if at all possible.

It is set in UEFI boot mode.  This is my first system, so I don't really know much about hackintoshing.
