ainsleyclark
Hi there, I'm trying to boot Catalina with internal graphics enabled but I am faced with an error message (attached). I'm using opencore, the system boots perfectly with it disabled. Above 4G Encoding is enabled in the bios. Does anyone know how to get it working? EFI Attached. ainsleyclark
Thank you @MaLd0n Are you able to explain why? I was under the impression that it would take a load off the cpu and be generally better performant. Is there anyway to get it enabled or not? Many thanks. ainsleyclark
Any ideas? Would love to get internal graphics booting. Works ok in clover but is generally a lot more stable in Opencore. Used platform id and injected framebuffers but still no luck, can’t get passed that screen above. Thanks in advance. markpenn
I had similar situation on the same board with UHD630 from coffeelake, but on clover. I had to disable SATA HD or I get same error message. I use Whatevergreen and Lilu and disabled everything related to Intel UHD on clover.. I don't know if OC is the same. but just want to share this with you.
