lorenzolamasse
Hi all, I'm almost there on this config: - Intel Core i5 8250U - Ethernet: RTL8111 (working) - Audio ALC892 (working) - HDMI+VGA outputs (working, even HDMI audio) Only thing missing is 4K on HDMI output, for some reason my LG TV is detected as 1080p only, though when booting on a Live Ubuntu I have 4K on the same unit. Any clue ? Should I dig for EDID injection or some similar stuff ? Here is the device-property area of my config.plist: <key>Add</key> <dict> <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1b,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>layout-id</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> </dict> <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>AAPL,ig-platform-id</key> <data>AAAWWQ==</data> <key>framebuffer-patch-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-stolenmem</key> <data>AAAwAQ==</data> <key>device-id</key> <data>FlkAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-fbmem</key> <data>AACQAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-unifiedmem</key> <data>AAAAgA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-alldata</key> <data>AgQJAAAIAADHAwAA</data> </dict> I'm running Lilu 1.4.2 and WhateverGreen 1.3.7 I have testes Switchres, but 4K res does not show, and max proposed resolution is 2560x1440 but it looks scaled from 1080p. Any help appreciated, if I need to provide more info please let me know. Lorenzo Edited March 18, 2020 by lorenzolamasse
