3dimensions
Acer Aspire E1-572G-74508G50MNKK The hard drive was completely wiped for an easier install. The problem Clover UEFI loads sucessfully and I can boot to Install macOS Catalina 10.15.3.After around 15-30 seconds after booting to Install macOS Catalina 10.15.3, the error appears.Lastly, the most important part, the EFI folder.Tried to make a config.plist as vanilla as possible so probably made something wrong in the process. 3dimensions
Alright, applied all the settings you suggested. EFI.zip Isn't it better to set CsrActiveConfig to 0x3E7 rather than 0x67? About the audio, wireless and ethernet here it is: WLAN = Qualcomm Atheros AR9565 Wireless Adapter Ethernet = Broadcom NetXtreme BCM57786 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Audio = Haswell-ULT HD Audio Controller / HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH Not sure about the double audio but I post both just in case. Is there anything else to do or I can try to install macOS Catalina? 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/342546-problems-to-install-macos-catalina-in-acer-aspire-e1-572g/#findComment-2708018 Share on other sites
3dimensions
I have successfully installed macOS Catalina 10.15.3. Also, I have managed to make Wi-Fi and sound work which was only what I needed. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/342546-problems-to-install-macos-catalina-in-acer-aspire-e1-572g/#findComment-2708569 Share on other sites
