hohoho
On 1/25/2020 at 9:58 PM, HmO said: EFI.zipEFI thanks for the reply. your efi fixed the Mach Reboot error, but now it is showing a new error that i have never seen before using clover and it's still not booting completely. my High Sierra setup was a clover setup with kexts in L/E. When i wait for several minutes, an unusual kextsstall happens and seems to be freezing there for 30 mins. or more now after kextd stall[3] . after more than 1 hour in kextd stall[3] i just forced shut down my lenovo because it was getting too hot to the touch. in clover after a few kext stalls, it usually continues to MacOS and does not appear again next time...thanks! update 1: i tried to boot the High Sierra installer with OC and your EFI but it gives an error too and does not boot to the installer and just gave me the stop sign. When using clover, i remember getting the stop sign when there were no kexts installed in the kext folder of clover. thanks update 2: i replaced virtualsmc.kext to fakesmc.kext and my hack booted with QE/CI using OC and your EFI thanks! RichieKotzen
hello, with the hd3000 do you never get glitches? with clover and other bootloaders i often have glitches on my acer 5750g i7 with hd3000, i don't know if with opencore it could get better but i doubt it. Maybe it's a question of dsdt? thanks
