HELP!!! Catalina failed to flush stackshot data - Memory Panic

Hello,

This is my Laptop specs

CPU i7-9750H
Graphic Intel 630 HD
Ram 16 GB

After 4 days of trying to install Catalina finally, I installed it but the laptop keeps rebooting after installation and I can only login in SafeMode after waiting at least 5 minute with black screen. I notice also that Catalina reading incorrect graphic card, I'm not sure if this because of Safemode or no.

As you can see in the second screenshot Graphics suppose to be intel HD graphic 630

Also Trackpad & Audio are not working
