nathansoz Posted November 26, 2006 Share Posted November 26, 2006 Ok first of all im using the deadmoo os 10.4.1 on a celeron d cpu. this IS SSE3. I dd the vmware image onto a hard disk and everything boots correctly when i use the -v platform=osx86 option. I can log in and use SOME apps. but many do not run. such as firefox and itunes. i tryed both ppc and intel versions. please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rammjet Posted November 26, 2006 Share Posted November 26, 2006 OSX 10.4.1. It is old and busted. Apple made major changes to OSX starting with 10.4.3. As a result, current Intel OSX apps won't run on 10.4.1. You should find and install a recent version of a patched OSX: 10.4.5, 10.4.6, 10.4.7 or 10.4.8.
