(Help) RX 580 & Premiere Pro Glitches

Hello, recently i've switched nvidia to ATI.
I've installed a Sapphire Pulse RX580 in my High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G10021) build.
Everything works OOTB except for one problem.
When I play some video from Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 Timeline a pink glitch appears both in the Source/Program Monitor frequently.
I tried switching OpenCL to Metal but that did not work.

So is there any solution for this?
