thefiredragon
Dear all, I'll try my luck here, and perhaps someone could help me here. First I got a new Lenovo Yoga C940 -15IRH It contains: Intel Core i7 9750h 16GB Ram UHD630 UHD + 4k HDR Display. Wireless is changed to a bcm one. My Request to someone who knows something about whatevergreen. I got macOS Catalina installed with whatevergreen. With a fake device-id I'm able to get get internal screen working. Hackintool marked the internal screen as external (the screen is connected over eDP (checked this under linux) the connector is also using under linux the pipe 0 Is there a way to determinate under linux also the busid and index? Or will this never be changed on internal screens? I tried a lot to get it working that I don't need a fake device id. I tried to patch the connector and removed the cnalwaysconnected flag or leave all as default. My mention is that when the display is working without frambuffer loading there must be a way to get it working also with accelloration or not? Badly I can't send my efi/clover folder here at the moment but later. First I'll ask for minds if this could be possible and if there's a hope. This machine would be the fourth hackintosh or my last. Thanks for minds and thoughts Dan Edited December 8, 2019 by thefiredragon Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341623-yoga-c940-internal-screen-request/ Share on other sites
