decaros Posted October 22, 2019 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Dear geniusses, recently I built a hackintosh using a ryzen 2700x on a gigabyte X470 AORUS GAMING 7 WIFI (rev. 1.0). I have 2 major issues 1) my audio does not want to work, I tried all sorts of things but nothing works 2) when I want to boot my bios doesn't seem to recognise my ssd on which I installed high sierra 10.13.3. When i EUFI boot from my installation USB-drive however, I have the option to boot mac from my ssd. Could somebody help me please? Find the layout for your codec here, https://github.com/acidanthera/AppleALC/wiki/Supported-codecs and load it with the boot arg alcid=x replacing x with the layour number. 2: Did you install a bootloader like Clover to the SSD?
