watons Posted November 24, 2006 Share Posted November 24, 2006 I install the mac osx 10.4.8 the third time now, the first & second i install the diskuntitly appear ' disks02 ' , but this time it appear ' disks03 ' , after eras then installtion...it appear "no hfs partition found" how can I change it appear disks02 and not appear "no hfs partition found"? You MUST format as fat32 in acronis/partition magic before formating as hfs with the osx disk utility. If you leave it as unpartitioned space and then try to format as hfs in disk utility it probably wont work.
