iFrodo Posted October 9, 2019 Share Posted October 9, 2019 Hello, I used FileVault 2 on Mojave without major issues, and after update to Catalina, while it's still working, the FileVault login/unlock screen takes about 2 mins to come (while it was a matter of a few seconds before). I've read other having similar issue, being in previous betas of Catalina or on the final release, but didn't see a solution offered yet. I open this topic so that people having this same issue can discuss and try to find a solution. I'm using latest Clover stable build (5070) with following kext: FakeSMC, Ethernet drivers, BrcmPatchRAM2 (catalina compatible updated version), WhateverGreen, Lilu, VoodooHDA, on a Gigabyte H87N-WiFi motherboard with Broadcom based replace mini PCIe WiFi card, Core i7 4770k and Radeon Vega 56 GFX Card.
