I know that this is not supported by Apple, but as we're talking about hacks... I wonder if this is something that could work? Probably the answer is No, because Safari build is specific for a OSX version, but would be good to have a hacked version running on El Capitan, as my hardware cannot be upgraded to Sierra (Core2Duo).
