rlp
I have a 100% working Mojave 10.14.6 system. I am updating everything to latest version and I noticed that new serial generators create updated values for the BIOS Version and date. My previous SMBIOS: MacBookPro14,1 <key>BiosReleaseDate</key> <string>06/26/2018</string> <key>BiosVersion</key> <string>MBP141.88Z.0178.B00.1806260902</string> Suggested new values <key>BiosReleaseDate</key> <string>06/17/2019</string> <key>BiosVersion</key> <string>MBP141.88Z.F000.B00.1906171613</string> This is the EFI Firmware binary file right? Does it makes sense on a Hackintosh or it is only for real macs? Using any of the two versions, if I run /usr/libexec/firmwarecheckers/eficheck/eficheck --integrity-check I always get IntegrityCheck: EFI version not found Edited September 28, 2019 by rlp
