Pc don't turn off after shutdown

I have this problem with my hackintosh after I installed a new usb 3 card that use a via vl800 chip.

When i tell my hackintosh to shutdown after sometime i get screen off but pc fan are still running. If i remove the usb card the pc turn off correctly.

My setup is using:

Xeon x3440

Gigabyte h55m-usb3

Sapphire r7 270x

 

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
