Optiplex 3020 SFF with Mojave = no sleep mode ?

Hello everyone,

 

Actually, Mojave works pretty well on my DELL Optiplex 3020 SFF but I've got three issues maybe you could help :

 

1) Sleep mode does not work : it just reboots. my Hackintosh.

2) Rear USB 3 ports don't work, they act like USB 2 ports.

3) Sometimes, I've got the "no boot drive found" when powering on my Hackintosh.

 

Any ideas ?

 

It's a Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF with 4 gigs and Core i3.
