Can't see other drives in Vista

I completely wipped out my Vista RC1 installation and installed Vista RTM. While installing Vista, I disconneced the drive that contains my XP installation, but left the drive that contians my MacOS installation connected. What ended up happening was Vista re-wrote the MBR for MacOS as it's own. So when I selected the MacOS MBR to boot from, it booted into Vista.

So, I then disconnected both my XP and MacOS drives, ran the vVsta installation and did a repair. This wrote the correct Vista MBR to the vista hard drive, but now when I boot into Vsta, I can't see any of my other hard drives. Before running the repair all the drives were visible.

When I boot into XP, I can see all the drives including the Vista drive.

So, somehow, running the repair and writing the MBR to the drive that Vista is on caused it to not see any of the drives. The drives appear under disk management, but I cannot assign them a drive letter and Vista doesn't recognize that they're NTFS format.

Normally, I'd run partition magic to correct this issue, but it's not compatible with Vista.

Any thoughts on how to correct this problem?

I re-ran the repair with my XP drive hooked up. Now I have that annoying boot menu every time I boot into XP. If I choose vista, I can see the drives when it boots up. However, If I boot directly from the vista installation (not through XPs modified boot menu), I can't see the drives when it boots up.
