apple tech geek
so i've just got sierra to run very fast on my dell latitude e6540 in software raid 0 (read and write speeds over 900) now from my tests so far i can install a bootloader on the drives and get the bootloader to work and detect both drives but when i boot the apple logo appears with no hdd activity and a no symbol at about 50% of the bar now if i boot the array using the installer usb and select one of the drives it'll boot fine is there anyway to get it to work normally or a janky bypass? i've already tried to make a 5gb partition and raid the other 2 remaining partitions so 1 drive as a extra partition but it doesnt seem to boot from that partition i've already copied the all the efi partition contents to both drives Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/339669-bootloader-for-raid-0-array/ Share on other sites
