bryan51
I am getting random black screens. They last for seconds but sometimes it happens several times in a row. I don't hear audio when it happens and I can keep typing(blind) and that works. After the audio and screen returns to normal I have a Nvidia GT710(supported by OSX). I've experimented with Catalina and High Sierra and it does there too! I have Windows 10 on a different hard drive and it seems to be working just fine( I don't use bootcamp) This is looking like some sort of hardware issue? Other than switching out my 2 sticks of 8Gb mem each I don't have anything else I could try. I have a MSI-7984 Skylake mobo. I had tried cleaning out config.plist and had thought it was fixed as nothing happened for about a week and then .... This problem didn't happen before. Any ideas?
