lordofpc734 Posted June 30, 2019 Share Posted June 30, 2019 Hi, recently, i was able to install macOS high sierra on my laptop. almost everything works except these : sleep issues : when macOS goes to sleep , i cannot wake it up no matter what i do. it just turns on the screen when i press a key. no picture. brightness control: it doesnt work. 100% at all times battery icon: this may not be that important but the system does not see the battery at all, it thinks it has 0 % charge info about this laptop: cpu : intel core i7 6500u gpu : intel hd 520 + nvidia geforce 940m (i disabled nvidia with this flag : -wegnoegpu because nv_disable=1 didnt do it) chipset : intel series 100 ram : 8 gb sk hynix ddr3 config.plist that i used : rehabman's intel hd 520 series config plist what can i do to solve those issues? im a novice and i dont have programming background so please explain in detail. if more info is required, say so.
