Jai_Arun
Hey! So I have a hackintosh up and running for a few months now, everything works no complaints. However, I bought a nvme the other day and was trying to plug it in, when I noticed that I had my SATA SSD that contains the hackintosh installed in SATA port 5. The way my motherboard works, SATA 5 gets disabled when nvme is in use so I tried moving the SSD to another port (tried every other port), I am able to get into the clover screen in every case, but except for SATA 5, none of the configurations let me boot into macOS - it is unable to locate the required files because I think it is looking for them in the SATA 5 port. Is there any way to move the SSD to another SATA port and have it work? As it stands I am thinking of fresh installing macOS but I would rather not as I have a lot of programs installed and things customized in the current install. Thanks in advance guys!
