AlexMackz101 Posted May 20, 2019 Share Posted May 20, 2019 (edited) Hi, i am trying to install Mac OS Sierra on my HP laptop, with the ultimate goal of having a dual bootable Windows/Mac laptop. i was wondering if anyone could please check my laptop stats and advise on which kexts are or aren’t needed? I’m pretty clued up on the whole process up to and including the install itself, but the kexts and which ones I do or don’t need are a little confusing. any help would be greatly appreciated. laptop specs are: Intel i3-7020u 2.3GHz Dual-Core CPU 4GB DDR4 2133MHz Ram (due to be upgraded to 16GB) 1TB HDD (Half partitioned for Windows, half for Mac OS X) intel HD620 graphics Audio I’m a little unclear on - I think it’s standard intel HD audio but I’m not 100% Wi-Fi is Broadcom RTL8821CE Wi-Fi/Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to help!
