Has anyone run into issues with a Dell Inspiron 3780 Notebook not booting to Mac USB installer?

-Intel i7 8th Gen,
-16GB Ram,
-Intel UHD 630 and AMD RX520,
-256GB NVME and 2tb 2.5 for data,
-I changed BIOS settings to turn off TP, FastBoot
Changed from RAID to ACHI....

I was able to install Ubuntu from USB installer without any problems , but it wont boot to macinstaller .

My guess is that i must have missed something in the Bios
Any ideas??

UPDATE:  I Figured how to create a New Entry to enable a USB UEFI Device to be Recognised from the Boot Sequence by adding a Additional Item to the List and pointing to a BOOTX64.efi inside the entry... however when i attempt to use it. it stops at End Random Seed...
