High Sierra Install: MACH Reboot (post install?)

Hi people,
I'm having an issue installing High Sierra onto my new machine:
Motherboard: ASUS Z170-PRO
CPU: Intel i5-6600K (stock)
Graphics card: ASUS Strix 1070, currently unplugged so using iGPU (Intel HD 530)
Installing onto a 240GB WD SSD, which doesn't have any issues.

The macOS installer progress bar reaches about 2/3, before this screen appears for half a second before rebooting:

(My apologies for the poor screenshot, not much I can do about it)

I've also attached my EFI folder.

Some things that might be of use:
- This screen says "done" implying that the installation was successful, but my drive only contains a 4.84GB folder called "macOS Install Data"
- I'm using ammulder's 6600k SSDT
- I followed Stork's 6600k Gene guide to get to this point, including BIOS setup
- My graphics card is not installed; I am using intel gfx with the intel gfx fix enabled in my config.plist
- I'm using OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi but no other aptio fixes
- I'm using FakeSMC.kext and NullCPUPowerManagement.kext but no other kexts
- I have fully assigned SMBIOS (iMac14,2), Rt Variables and System parameters
- The Load VBios and Inject Intel graphics fixes are checked in my config.plist
- I have MATS and DMAR tables dropped in my config.plist, though I'm not sure if I did this correctly
- dart=0 and nv_disable=1
- I'm using a USB 3.0 installer. I also tried the exact same steps but using a USB 2.0 stick, but no changes.
- Attempting the install again and again yields no change.

Thanks so much for your time and help!
