Hello,

I have a t440p with this card, and without any kexts or mods wifi works great OOB.

but bluetooth cannot,

I have tried the rehabman brcm patch2 and other kexts. and system will not boot with those kexts. and i cannot get bluetooth to work in any way (works fine on linux and windows on same machine).

i have attached some debug files, please point me towards a solution (bluetooth)

IOReg shows that the Broadcom BT chip is BCM2045A0 with PCI id 0a5c:6414. That's not listed in Rehabman's list of tested/validated devices so it may be fair to assume it ain't supported.

Regardless of support for that Bluetooth chip, installing the Broadcom patching kexts should not prevent your Hack from booting; as such, I expect you're doing something wrong on that matter. It's recommended to cache the kexts from /S/L/E or, ideally, /L/E rather than inject from Clover.
