New installation of 10.13 and lost

Hi, I have been out of the game for a while now (Snow Leopard OSX86 10.6), I am attempting to take a Lenovo M73 mini to install 10.13

and been reading tutorial for a few days now, It seems I'm stuck at the Clover EFI boot-loader version to create my installation.

I have an older mac running 10.11.6 and when installing the latest clover-EFI  I'm told I have the wrong version. (Or I should use Chameleon?)

I manage to get the ThinkCenterM73Hackintosh.zip that contain all the required files and macOSHigh-Sierra.iso

at this time, all I am asking is some guidance in the right direction, i feel like my brain has turned to mush from over reading

to find the right info. (feel free to move this message to who it may need to be)
